Frank Bakos has over 25 years experience in manufacturing, design and training. A former apprentice and machine shop instructor he holds a Masters Degree in Vocational Education. His effective training skills have enabled him to conduct many in-house and public seminars on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing throughout the United States. Frank is an adjunct professor in the Engineering Technology Department at Monroe Community College (MCC) in Rochester, New York. Professional activities include membership on four national standards committees relating to Engineering Drawings and Related Documentation, Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Harmonization with ISO and Certification Programs. Frank teaches Geometric Tolerancing Fundamentals, Geometric Tolerancing Applications, Functional Gaging and Inspection, and Blue Print Reading.

Loren Buck is an experienced Senior Manufacturing engineer with an extensive background in injection molding, automated production equipment, and assembly systems. In his current position as Forward Manufacturing Engineer and Project Engineer for the Engine Cooling Department at ITT Automotive he coordinates activities of manufacturing, maintenance, and in-plant as well as out-of-plant repair facilities for the injection molding operation. Loren teaches Blueprint Reading and Geometric Tolerancing Fundamentals.

Mike Kehoe has 25 years of experience in the field of discrete parts manufacturing and quality assurance. He is an Applications Engineer responsible for providing CMMs software training and applications support for a broad industrial customer base. As a former member of ASME B89.3.2 Standards Committee for Dimensional measurement Methods, Mike has extensive knowledge of inspections and inspection methods. Mike performs all Tec-Ease, Inc. CMMs training.

Paul Taylor comes to Tec-Ease, Inc. with 13 years of experience in the field of optics and optical mounting systems. Paul has extensive knowledge of the use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in general and how it relates to optical mounting systems. Paul teaches Geometric Tolerancing Fundamentals, Optical Mounting Systems, and Blue Print Reading.
