Six Sigma Methods in Product Design

This class covers methods utilized to achieve a six sigma product design. Topics include: What is Six Sigma design and what is the rationale for using it, detailed coverage of the Six Steps to Six Sigma, Quality Reporting (Cp, Cpk, and measurement capability), and DPMU levels. Some basic statistics will be covered. Class exercises will allow for applied learning of concepts.
